The Old Village
This is a digital version of a painting that has had many lives as I tried to resolve it. Another version is Hacienda, also in this gallery. Working in Procreate with the oil brush, I wanted to make the image more ‘painterly’, softer and looser. I also added a large area of water and a boat in the foreground.
