The Post

I often use collage, and this imagined landscape began with corrugated cardboard and wallpaper. As is often the way, the painting took over the artist and it became a landscape, with the main focus being this rather odd pole, hence the title. The pole reminds me of an old wooden telegraph pole, as we have in some parts of NZ still.
